Swackett® — a different kind of weather app App Reviews

The app allows you to scroll left & right AND up & down to see the data behind the ads. You can also see fun facts and characters like dogs and cats wearing suitable attire for the weather (like a sweater in cold weather or nothing at all in warm weather). I just downloaded it, but it seems like a good app so far.

Not only does it work, it provides more comprehensive information than any other weather app Ive used. And its so much fun!

this is an absolutely great app, not only is its interface appealing but it has a true depiction of what the outside weather is, unlike some other weather apps. you can change the settings to "feel like temp" or "true temp" and pick out what YOU think is warm, cold, frigid, etc. HOWEVER, one minor change needs to be made. in the ad-free version there are ads running at the BOTTOM of the screen, where all the settings and other buttons are! thats so frustrating!!! please move the ad to the top or something so I can easily access that vital buttons while you can get paid with your ads :)

The app itself is great. However their is one major issue. there is text explaining what to wear (coat,hat,umbrella etc) but it seems that the text always gets mixed with the other words and you cannot read what has been written

but every time I try to enter my location it crashes, please fix!

5 star rating! I didnt use to use Swackett that often, until the recent improvements. Now I use it all the time because its new features are detailed, and extremely helpful.

I love Swackett! It is a great app that not only tells you the weather, but also how to dress correctly for it! I just dont know why its called Swackett.

Sounds like a nice App. But every time I enter the city when signing up for the account, it crashes!

Good weather app. Best thing about it, and what sets it above the others, is that you can "prefer" the "real feel" temperature over the "actual" temp. I just wish I could turn off the clothing suggestion stuff. I know its the main thing with this app, but all I really need is accurate "real feel" forecasts. The clothing suggestion takes up too much space and gets old quick.

Its a shame because I like the app. So much for auto-updating...

Since the update this app does nothing but provide a lovely picture of clouds moving across the face of the sun. But, there is nothing else. Nothing.

With the newest update it doesnt appear to want to open. Give me back Swackett 1.0 :(

This app used to be good for getting quick local weather updates. Now however due to the changes you needlessly made, keyword needlessly, this app now blows. I will be deleting this app and finding a better one instead.

Im not a huge fan of the app anymore. Slight clunky, very mismatched designs. Also, what happened to viewing tonights weather and tomorrow afternoons weather?

I loved this app, but this last update is awful. The design choices make the app slow, and relevant info hard to find. The previous version was much more elegant, minimal, to-the-point, and useful.

But every time I opened it, it gave me an error and couldnt update the weather
